Environmental Sustainability
Learn More About Sustainability at PitzerIn partnership with Bon Appétit, students, facilities staff, and the City of Claremont, Pitzer dining hall staff collect pre-consumer and post-consumer food waste for composting. The food waste is picked up by the city and transported to a composting facility in Fontana, CA.
